Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be authorised by Jewellery by me. To initiate the process, hello@jewellerybyme.comwith details of return. We will then email you instructions on how to return it to us to get your refund.

 

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping cost.
