SHIPPING POLICY
Each jewellery creation is handmade when ordered. Please allow between 3 days to a week on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewellery to arrive. Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of ordering, but some require additional time in production.
We ship WORLDWIDE.
Postage within Australia
Express post is $12. Standard post is $9.
If your order total is above $250 shipping is then free.
International Shipping
International orders are depends on your country.
All international purchases will be processed as quickly as possible,with a delivery time of 10-15 business days also depending on delivery country and customs,it may take up to 3 weeks. Your parcel become track-able one it enters its country of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be authorised by Jewellery by me. To initiate the process, hello@jewellerybyme.comwith details of return. We will then email you instructions on how to return it to us to get your refund.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping cost.
